iPhone 5C specs : dual-core with 1GB RAM, sold at 400USD

Up to now, we have only seen the exterior and design leaks of the iPhone 5C budget iPhone device. As we get closer to the launch dates, information about the specifications of the budget phone also starts to surface.

According to SimOnlyRadar, iPhone 5C will still have built in Siri functionalities. As for its hardware, it will be using a dual core processor with 1GB of RAM and 16/32/64GB of built in internal storage. It has a 4.0 inch screen at 1136 x 640 resolution . On the camera side, iPhone 5C will have a 8 Megapixel rear camera and a 1.2 megapixel front camera. It will have a body size of 124.2 mm x 58.4 mm x 7.6 mm and weighs 106grams. Of course, iOS7 will be preloaded in the new smartphone.

On the other hand, for comparison purposes, iPhone 5 has a 123.8mm x 58.6mm x 7.6mm dimensions. iPhone 5C will be a little longer, but also at the same time narrower. These changes are imperceptible as they are insignificant. The thickness remains unchanged. iPhone 5 weighs 112 grams. This means that iPhone 5C will be a few grams lighter.

16GB version of iPhone 5C is said to retail at about 400USD and will be available by the end of September.
