A few days ago, Nokia officially reduced Lumia 920’s suggested retail pricing. The price drop only affected the flagship Lumia 920, while the other Windows Phone 8 offerings from Nokia, that is the Lumia 820, Lumia 720, Lumia 620 and Lumia 520 pricing will not change at the moment.
In regards to this news, the industry responded that it is favourable for consumers and open the Lumia 920 markets to more customers in that budget range. On the other hand, it also hints the industry of a possible new flagship device from the Finnish manufacturer.
According to earlier reports on Tuesday, there has been rumours and leaks of Nokia’s next-generation flagship smartphone, known as the Lumia 950. It has been reported that the new flagship will have the same 1280 x 768 AMOLED display, an further upgraded camera with Xenon flash, 2GB of RAM and impressive battery life. Could this be the phone with a crazy 41 megapixel photo capturing capabilities, codenamed EOS?
