Codenamed “Bandit”, the new phablet from Nokia should be the next big talk of the town. Lumia 1520 is also one of the new phones which Nokia will introduce as they introduce more large screen smartphones to the market. Lumia 1520 will come in a 6-inch screen form factor with a 1080p resolution, a quad core Qualcomm processor and of course an updated Windows Phone 8 GDR3 OS to support all the new hardware. This new phone is said to arrive in November.
Today, evleaks added new official photos of the Lumia 1520 on their twitter feed. A small text “2013” shown suggests that the phone will be released this year.
In addition, we can see a side shutter button on the body. Deputy editor Matt Brian from Engadget revealed that the phone’s camera will be the same as the current Lumia 925, but with higher image size capturing capabilities at 8.7 Megapixel. This new phablet is sure to threaten other similar products in the market with its exceptionally good camera.
