According to SamMobile, Samsung is expected to launch a new smartphone called Galaxy Memo. This new smartphone targets a mid/high end market segment. The source also pointed out that Galaxy Memo uses a 4.5inch 1920 x 1080 resolution TFT display, has a built in 1.4GHz quad core processor, 2GB of RAM, 8Megapixel camera and will use Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS with Samsung’s TouchWiz User Interface.
