BenQ Singapore has announced they are bringing the new X series of gaming projectors designed for the best large yet screenless gaming experience.
We’ll start with the new member X3100i. Succeeding the design and achievement of the original X3000i, this model takes the former to a new high with up to 100-inch output at 2.5m that also covers 100% DCI-P3 color gamut.
The 40%-60% vertical lens shift plus 1.3x digital zoom are just icing on the cake for a premium tier product while the included twin 5W speaker will serve sound output just fine but if needed, the eARC and Dolby Atmos support will immediately elevate everything.
Gamers can even choose from one of many available Game Modes like RPG/SPG/FPS/RCG and see what BenQ thinks about these genres.
On the other hand, the X300G is slightly smaller but still remarkably good thanks to the 95% Rec. 709 color coverage. Armed with eARC and Dolby Atmos support similarly, it can do Auto Focus and 1.2x Optical Motorized Zoom in addition to Short-throw and 100-inch output at 1.53m.
But regardless of which one, both of them have the same goal – next-gen gaming projectors with cutting-edge technology like 4K HDR-PRO, CinematicColor, and CinematicSound.
They also have the ‘SettingXChange’ feature that allows the projector to download specific profiles for popular games while FPS Crosshair lets you “physical cheat” with a sniper or the Auto Game Mode takes over the driving seat for you and automates everything.
Additionally, they are running AndroidTV and come with built-in Netflix for instant content access as long as there’s Internet access.
