There are currently no news about the pricing of the two new systems, but the hardware configurations that will be available at the show is specified below.
For the ASUS VivoBook Pro, which spots a 15.6 inch FullHD display, will come with the high end quad core Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor. and 8GB of DDR4 RAM. Moreover, this system is also game ready, as it spots a full desktop class GTX 1050 graphics card with 4GB of GDDR5 VRAM. In terms of storage, the VivoBook Pro will come with a 1TB HDD that is coupled with a 128GB SSD for OS.
On the other hand, the ASUS VivoBook S15 also comes with a 15.6 inch FullHD display. It will be powered by the Intel Core i5-7500U processor with 8GB of RAM, a 1TB HDD and a 128GB SSD for OS. This unit will also come with the NVIDIA GT 940MX with 2GB of GDDR5.
If you are looking for a new and affordable gaming laptop without the additional extravagant gaming styled designs with fancy RGB lights, the VivoBook Pro is the way to go! The GTX 1050 will be able to run all games considerably smoothly at the 1080p resolution.
Likewise, if you are leaning towards an all-rounded and affordable laptop for school, do keep an eye on the ASUS VivoBook S15! Despite a large 15.6 inch display, it has the physical size of a standard 14 inch laptop. Even with a dedicated GPU within the system, the VivoBook S15 only weighs a mere 1.5kg!
