ASUS has introduced the RT-BE58 Go, a portable router built to deliver secure, high-speed WiFi 7 for users on the move. Recognized with both the 2025 CES Innovation Award and the 2025 Red Dot Product Design Award, the device is positioned for hybrid workers, travelers, and compact living environments that require reliable connectivity and private network access.
The RT-BE58 Go supports WiFi 7 speeds of up to 3600Mbps, leveraging Multi-Link Operation and 4K QAM to maintain smooth streaming, video conferencing, and gaming. Dual-band MLO intelligently combines and switches between multiple bands to reduce buffering and maintain consistent performance across devices.
Three connectivity modes expand its versatility: standard wireless mode, 5G/4G USB tethering for mobile internet, and public WiFi (WISP) mode for creating a secure private hotspot on open networks. Its small footprint makes it suitable for student dorms, small apartments, and other space-limited setups.
Security measures include ASUS’ Triple-level Network Security, commercial-grade AiProtection, built-in VPN support, and Guest Network Pro for creating isolated or dedicated networks. For business applications, customizable guest portals allow secure, branded access.
The router also integrates with ASUS AiMesh systems, extending coverage under a unified network name when paired with other compatible ASUS routers.
