“We are really proud of the Tekken fans
in Southeast Asia. Their passion towards the game continues to show how popular
Tekken is in this region. It is regretful that we could not bring the
qualifiers to Thailand this year, we promise it will be bigger and more
exciting for Thai fans in 2017. The next console release of Tekken 7 will
definitely continue to bring excitement to the fans and we hope to further grow
the Tekken brand in Southeast Asia.” – Rainel Tan, General Manager (Southeast
Asia).
