A single destination ownership programme for Samsung customers, mySamsung provides offers all-rounded assistance to customers via a mobile app. Customers who are new to Samsung or upgrading from another device can turn to mySamsung for guides on easy onboarding and set-up – such as learning how to migrate their data onto their Samsung device with Smart Switch and securing their phone with Find myMobile. The app also allows quick and easy warranty registration for peace of mind.
With the mySamsung app, customers can email, call or live chat with Samsung Service Consultants, locate their nearest Samsung Service Centres and even check the status of the repair or servicing for their devices. Users can also receive diagnostic alerts, and access tips and tricks on optimising the various features on their phones via the app.

With Find myMobile, customers can safely secure their phone and need not worry about their content and data being compromised should they lose their device. Key functions such as Lock my device and Wipe my device allows users to minimise the possibility of their personal information becoming public by providing them with the option to lock or wipe their device remotely. Users can also locate their lost device by using the Locate my device and Ring my device functions, increasing the chances of their device being found.
