Kingston’s HyperX lineup has just got updated with the latest and greatest memory modules for Intel’s new Skylake platform that was released yesterday. Kingston has announced the new HyperX FURY DDR4 2 days ago. They are available in dual channel 8GB and 16GB. The new FURY DDR4 runs in default speed of 2133MHz, 2400MHz and 2666MHz, made directly compatible with Intel Skylake. In addition, HyperX FURY DDR4 is also the first RAM modules within Kingston’s products that overclocks itself to the specific speed and timings for optimal performance and stability. This feature will only be available with the higher end 6th Generation Intel Core processors and the new Z170 Intel Chipset.
HyperX FURY DDR4 is a good choice for those who are working with a tight budget as they provide the best value for performance. They can essentially upgrade the processor’s efficiency, allowing faster video editing, 3D rendering and modelling, gaming and AI processor. The RAMs only run at 1.2V, saving much electricity as compared to RAM modules from the past like DDR3 and DDR2. Kingston decided to use black as the based PCB colour for better heat dissipation. It also made the whole product a whole lot cooler with a unison shiny metallic black heat spreader.
We will try to get our hands on these RAM if our local distributors decide to bring them in. http://www.kingston.com/en/hyperx/memory/fury-ddr4
