ASUS has announced their new Wireless AC Wireless Dongle for their Wireless AC Routers. Although more technical specifications of the Wireless Dongle are not available at the moment, it will definitely saturate the USB2.0 interface speeds which it is capable of. USB-AC53 is also bundled with a long USB Cable and an attachment NetClip in the box.
While the new 802.11ac revision is still in draft 4.0, products from various manufacturers are already polling out their Wireless Routers using the new technology revision. However, even with the new wireless technology in place, there seem to be almost no availability of wireless receivers which supports the new wireless technology, making the new routers pointless, rolling back to only use Wireless N technology.
Why waste the new Wireless AC router by only using Wireless N?
