Heya! It’s me again with another trick that you can use in Windows 7! This time, its the MASTER CONTROL PANEL.
Nope. Not good enough.

What it does
The Master Control Panel populates out a huge list of commands that you can access to make modifications to your computer. These commands are accessible through the normal control panel but you might not know the steps that are taken to reach the command. The Master Control Panel strips away these steps and allows you to directly access them with a simple double click. 
Now that’s what I’m talking about.
Here’s what you have to do.
1: Create a new folder anywhere(Preferably desktop as it’s easier to access)
2: Change the folder name to ETC.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} (Note that the word ‘etc’ can be changed to the name that you want your master control panel to be)
3: VOILA! The Master Control Panel is summoned! Knock yourself out 🙂
