Another week brings more NVIDIA DLSS updates, with several games now supporting DLSS 4 for enhanced performance.
Leading the pack is Steel Seed, a stealth-action adventure from Storm in a Teacup and published by ESDigital Games. Set in a dark sci-fi world, players follow Zoe and her drone companion, KOBY, on a mission to uncover secrets and secure humanity’s survival. Launching on April 22, the game supports DLSS Multi Frame Generation for GeForce RTX 50 series users, delivering significant FPS boosts. Meanwhile, RTX 40 series owners can leverage DLSS Frame Generation, and all GeForce RTX GPUs will benefit from DLSS Super Resolution. For those eager to try it out, a demo is already available on Steam.
Meanwhile, STORROR Parkour Pro, a multiplayer parkour game by Hole in the Sleeve Game Studios, has entered Early Access. It challenges players with intricate movement mechanics, testing their ability to navigate rooftops, evade security, and compete in various parkour events. The game integrates Frame Generation and Super Resolution using NVIDIA’s latest transformer AI model, along with NVIDIA DLAA and hardware-accelerated Lumen ray-traced lighting for enhanced visuals.
Additionally, Cyberpunk 2077 and FragPunk now showcase Multi Frame Generation, offering a comparison against their previously natively rendered versions.
4:2:2 video support with GeForce RTX 50 in Adobe Premiere Pro
In other news, Adobe has rolled out an update for Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, adding 4:2:2 color sampling support for GeForce RTX 50 series GPUs. This ensures precise color accuracy during editing, while the 9th-gen encoder and 6th-gen decoder enhance export speeds and real-time playback. Notably, the GeForce RTX 5090 can seamlessly decode up to six 4K60FPS video sources simultaneously.
