Dreame Singapore has officially brought in the flagship robot vacuum duo of the X40 Ultra and X40 Master models. Let’s take a look.
For starters, the X40 Ultra boasts multiple industry-first technologies with one of them being the bionic dual mechanical arm MopExtend Technology and SideReach Extendable Side Brush that can cover near 100% cleaning range even for right angles and edges as well as linear spaces like wall sides.
The four-level mapping creates efficient cleaning paths, and it identifies and avoids 120 types of objects using an RGB camera and 3D structured light which makes it practically fully manageable by itself. The triple life technology prevents its cleaning parts from touching any unwanted rugs/fabrics plus 12,000Pa suction power handles debris with ease. And there’s no need to manually detangle things all thanks to the hair-cutting roller brush.
The fully automated docking station is just bread and butter at this point for premium selections such as noise-reducing dust collection, water refilling, solution adding, mop removal, and auto mop drying. The internal dustbin empties into the base station, with a dust bag needing emptying only every 75 days.
As for the X40 Master, it is basically a shrunken-down version of the Ultra at just 28cm that also features most of the things we talked about.
Price and Availability
Purchasable over at Shopee and Lazada, the X40 Ultra is priced at S$3999 while the X40 Master is at S$4799 instead. If you’re lucky enough, there might still be some free bundled gifts for you to receive but it is FCFS unfortunately.
