AORUS has announced the 2nd generation WATERFORCE series AIO CPU cooler and their names are pretty straightforward – WATERFORCE X II and WATERFORCE II.
Made with sizes of 240mm and 360mm, I’ll just call them the “Standard” and “X” versions and the core difference between the two is the existence of the customizable LCD screen on the CPU block where the X model has it while the standard model gets a simple reflective AORUS logo instead.
In any case, the pump and fan blade have been improved with stronger pressure and less air turbulence for increased cooling performance.
The Fan EZ-Chain Mag allows easy chaining and perhaps disconnection of fans while the universal fan and pump RPM control allows motherboards of most brands to work natively in terms of monitoring, RGB customization, and more.
