Drawing device maker Xencelabs has introduced the latest Pen Display 24 Studio series that further expands on the versatility of its products through this new upper-class premium device.
Designed for those who want to draw on an actual screen rather than a tablet device, features edge-to-edge tempered glass with the in-house Super-AG etching that makes it highly resistant to reflection and glare so one can work in any environment even if there are a lot of random light sources while anti-fingerprint coatings reduce the need to wipe the screen.
Color accuracy-wise, it is capable of delivering 1.07 billion colors and can go up to 4K resolution to tackle high-res workflows while maintaining sharpness and clarity. It also earned recognition from PANTONE which is one of the prestigious and strict color standards for industrial application which include the usual PANTONE Validated sticker plus the PANTONE SkinTone which is the same but for skin colors.
There are also 2 pen sizes that allow the user to pick the one that is the most suitable and comfortable to use with one of them having 3 buttons while the other has 2 instead but both of them has an eraser. Deeper customization exists in the form of adjustable sensitivity and initial activation pressure that can go as low as 3g.
On the other hand, you’ll find the included Quick Keys accessory that can be attached to the side of the Pen Display 24 for instant access across different applications that can hold up to 40 shortcuts that span across 8 groups into 5 different sets while the physical dial offers micro-adjustments in terms of zooming, rotating, brush size adjustment, and more.
Furthermore, the quick settings can be accessed via the 3 programmable LED buttons that can signify the state of the buttons they are in. Lastly, the Virtual Tablet Mode functions as a generic input device that works across multiple displays so you may actually use it like an Apple or Android tablet.
