Predator has introduced three new performance-oriented PC DIY products, which are the Hera Gold Edition 192 GB DDR5 memory kit, along with the GM9000 and GM9 PCIe Gen5×4 SSDs, and it is targeting anyone handling intensive workloads from creators and gamers to professionals handling super large data sets.
First, the Hera Gold Edition kit packs four 48 GB DIMMs for a total of 192 GB, running at DDR5-6000 MT/s with tight CL28 timings, and it’s been tested to work with X870/X870E/B850 motherboards and supports AMD EXPO, so overclocking is as easy as tweaking a few BIOS settings without sacrificing speed and stability.
Next is the Predator GM9000 PCIe Gen5×4 SSD delivers up to 14000 MB/s read and 13000 MB/s write speeds with random read performance reaching 2000K IOPS thanks to the 6 nm controller with up to 8 NAND channels, DRAM cache, and dynamic SLC caching, allowing it to hit sustained throughput and low-latency data access for tasks like large file transfers, real-time media editing, and AI workloads.
The GM9 Gen5 SSD, positioned as a power-efficient alternative, achieves up to 14500 MB/s read and 11000 MB/s write speeds using a DRAM-less design. It incorporates Host Memory Buffer and dynamic SLC cache while employing a copper-graphene composite heatsink and intelligent power management to maintain thermal stability under sustained load.
As for availability, they will be shipped to distributors and authorized partners soon, so do check up on your local DIY shop and see if they are bringing them in.
