MSI has followed suit and announced its GeForce RTX 4070 cards for fellow fans of the Dragon brand.
The tiering this time around is fairly simple – GAMING TRIO for the upper echelon and the Ventus 3X/2X for the budget buys. In any case, the former series continues its focus on delivering superb cooling through the TORX Fan 5.0 design that pushes airflow into the updated TRI FROZR 3 cooling system with nickel-plated copper baseplate and up to 6 core pipes to assist in heat dissipation.
The thermal pads also help in the form of passive cooling while the open design with a metal backplate adds more space for removing heat. The Mystic Light RGB adorns the center of the card with Mystic Light Sync and Ambient Link synchronizing all of the rainbow goodness to your liking.
On the other hand, the silver and simple Ventus cards with either dual or tri fan do the job as an RTX 4070 without caring for the rest. As some people live with the words “Less is More”, it does go slightly lighter on the wallet too.

The MSI GeForce RTX 4070 series cards’ launch date and price in Singapore are yet to be announced.
