Nexstgo unveils its
flagship commercial laptop – PRIMUS – at CES 2018

The Hong Kong-based
tech nova also introduced the AVITA IMAGO Smart Mirror and a brand

new AVITA series;
marking a company milestone towards smart living

Jan 2018 – Delivering on the promise of innovation and the commitment to
bring breakthroughs to the market, Nexstgo, a Hong Kong-based tech nova,
unveiled its flagship commercial laptop – PRIMUS – at the world’s largest
consumer electronics tradeshow, CES 2018,
held from 9 to 12 January 2018 in Las Vegas, USA, today. In addition, the
company also introduced the AVITA IMAGO Smart Mirror which comes with an
embedded Android operating system and Internet of Things (IoT) technology for a
one-touch smart home experience, as well as the latest AVITA laptop collection
at the event. 

PRIMUS, which means ‘first’ in Latin, not only represents
the company’s first commercial laptop, it also embodies its industry-leading
product and specification design. Available in 14″ (NX101) and 15.6″
(NX201) size options, PRIMUS is extremely slim and lightweight, offering up to
12hours battery life. Made of magnesium alloy, the 14” option weighs only 1.3kg
providing business mobility and flexibility. The PRIMUS also comes equipped
with a tailored audio system supporting Dolby Audio Premium for additional
voice clarity for video conferencing purposes. 

The PRIMUS has undergone different validation stress trials,
even passing 12 US military-grade tests that assess a machine’s performance in
case of extreme weather or severe external attack, proving that the PRIMUS is
reliable and hardy as a commercial option. 

Nexstgo has also collaborated with
3Glasses, a leading Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented

Reality (AR) developer, to enable users to
explore the world of Windows Mixed Reality with the

PRIMUS laptop. Interested guests can visit
our booth at CES 2018 to try this exciting feature.

The AVITA IMAGO integrates Smart technology with our daily
needs, harnessing IoT technology to create a series of products that can be
controlled from one dashboard. Embedded with an Android operating system and
multiple sensors, the Smart mirror analyses data collected from smart devices
connected within the home environment, and uses the information and analytics
to generate user-friendly reports such as the user’s weight, skin condition and
sleep quality, etc. To further enhance smart living, the AVITA IMAGO also
provides other helpful information, such as breaking news and the local and
regional weather outlook. 

Various AVITA IMAGO demonstrations showcasing how the system
works with smart living home devices and an interactive make-up mirror, plus a
hotel info-tainment device system are available at our booth at CES 2018. 

Nexstgo also showcased the AVITA AIO, which comes with a
built-in 4K resolution screen at the show. The AVITA AIO aims to provide the
highest level of visual experience for all users. 

CES visitors can also get a hands-on experience with the
AVITA LIBER at the show. Designed to satisfy each user’s desire for a
personalised and stylish laptop, AVITA LIBER is available in a range of over 10
different colours which can be mixed and matched daily.  

CES 2018 is held from Tuesday January 9 to Friday January
12, 2018 and Nexstgo’s booth is located at LVCC, Central Hall – 10727. The
booth will feature a series of product introductions and experience sessions,
providing visitors to the exhibition with the opportunity to encounter new
Smart living innovations, developed by Nexstgo.
