Singapore’s very own Dinesh Bhatia, CEO of TradeHero, has been named by Fast Company Magazine one of its “100 Most Creative People in Business 2015,” for teaching aspiring investors how to make the leap, making financial investment accessible to all. TradeHero, developed in Singapore in 2012, is now the #1 finance app in 91 countries, and in the top 10 in 127 countries, with over 3.6 million users.
Dinesh is the only person from Singapore, and to our knowledge, ASEAN, to have made the 2015 list. He is in prestigious company. Previous winners include philanthropist Melinda Gates, entrepreneur Elon Musk, TV personality Oprah Winfrey, music producer Jay-Z, musicians Jay Chou, Lady Gaga, and Jared Leto, comedians Conan O’Brien, Jerry Seinfeldand Aziz Ansari, NBA star and entrepreneur Shaquille O’Neal, author Neil Gaiman, movie directors James Cameron, JJ Abrams and Wes Anderson, fashion designers Tom Ford, Marc Jacobs and Stella McCartney.
