Celebrity Wong Li-Lin at Rakuten Super Bag Event on March 30

It’s a wrap!: Yummy mummy Wong Li-Lin tries her hand at making temaki (Japanese hand roll) and onigiri (Japanese rice ball) that are designed to tantalise the taste-buds of both adults and children, under the tutelage of chefs from Kuriya Fish Market. Her demonstration is part of a three-day Rakuten Super Bag event from March 28 – 30 at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza, to celebrate the launch of Rakuten (www.rakuten.com.sg), Japan’s number one online shopping mall, in Singapore. Also on display is a product showcase from Rakuten’s merchants, set against a 9 meter-high giant Rakuten shopping bag installation. The event attracted over 5,000 people over three days.

Fashion forward: The elegant Wong Li-Lin plays fashion stylist for her fans during the Rakuten Super Bag event. The three-day event, held at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza from March 28 – 30, celebrates the launch of Rakuten (www.rakuten.com.sg), Japan’s number one online shopping mall, in Singapore. Over 5,000 people participated in the event.
