Rakuten Kobo has announced they are launching Kobo Plus across the SEA region which includes Singapore.
The all-you-can-read subscription service offers over 2 million eBooks and more than 300,000 audiobooks via the Kobo Books App on iOS and Android, or natively available on the Kobo eReaders devices.
With more than 300K Kobo members in Singapore, Rakuten Kobo is confident that users can find interesting content within the extensive collection from bestsellers and literary classics to thrillers, romances, nonfiction, and more.
At SG$9.99, one can either opt for the Read package or Listen package that unlocks the eBooks/audiobooks selections but if you want both, it’s not SG$19.98 but rather SG$12.99.
Those who prefer dedicated e-reading experiences can opt for the said Kobo eReader in Kobo Libra Colour, Kobo Clara Colour, Kobo Clara BW, Kobo Elipsa 2E, and Kobo Sage with waterproofing, ComfortLight PRO for blue light reduction, stylus support, and page-turn buttons in higher-end models.
