Kingston has proudly announced that they got the crown for shipping the most SSDs last year.
Throughout the entirety of the year, they held a solid 23.8% market share, with a total of 27.4 million client SSDs shipped. Particularly in Q4, they shipped around 5.7 million units, representing 21.3% of the market.
With the release of high-quality drives such as the NV2 and KC3000 for the casual scene or the likes of the FURY Renegade series of SSDs for the power user or even enterprise-grade DC600M, Kingston’s wide range of offerings is what drove the continuous success of the company across so many years.
They are also projecting a growth in numbers for this year due to increasing demand for high-speed storage.
