Dell Singapore has launched a new set of AI-driven headsets for business folks, aiming to provide more productivity and clear communications with the power of the latest technologies.
Coming in 2 different series – the 3000 and 5000 series, we’ll take a look at the 5000 class first. It houses the Pro Wireless ANC Headset (WL5024) and Pro Wired ANC Headset (WH5024) leads the charge with AI noise cancellation microphone filtering all the non-human audio cues except the user while the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) does the same but for the sound output instead.
The WL5024 takes it even further with Hybrid ANC that can provide a wider range of cancellations through feed-forward and feed-back signals. The wireless model can even pair to host devices quickly through the Dell Pair software in just a single click.
Other than that, the WL5024 can detect when the user removes the headset which triggers the sensor to mute the mic automatically while the WH5024 does so in the old-fashioned way – in line controls.
With ergonomic designs allowing long period of wearing with the discreet boom mic allowing quick call answers by flipping down or mute by flipping up, users can quickly settle in even in the tightest timings.
And yes, it is Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other UC platforms certified so that any business can purchase and deploy them without additional problems. In terms of battery capacity, 78 hours is the maximum charge it can hold while a quick 15 minute juice gives around 8 hours.
The 3000 series featuring the wireless WL3024 and wired WH3024 are the cheaper ones with fewer overall features in exchange for a more affordable price tag.
