Although already years later than other platforms like Telegram at least they have implemented it.
As usual, pin a message and it will constantly show up on the top part of the screen. Not only text messages but also images, polls, emojis, and more can be pinned too. Finally, that one funny meme will be here to stay.
How to pin? Long hold and select pin, then pick the desired duration of 24 hours / 7 days / 30 days. Too bad there’s no permanent option though.
Group chat can enable this feature too and could allow ‘Admins Only’ or ‘Everyone’ to pin something.
WhatsApp is launching the ability to pin a message in a WhatsApp chat.
