BenQ has readied a new set of smart boards for enterprise use which are the Board Pro RP04 and Board Master RM04.
The new duo is pretty modern as it is certified under the Google Enterprise Devices Licensing Agreement (EDLA) which means that they are ready to deliver dynamic and secure content and environment which is powered by Google Mobile Services.
Not only for business use, they can also be utilized for education thanks to the native Google Classroom app and additional functions accessed through the health-center ClassroomCare features for a healthy and conducive learning atmosphere.
For example, the EZWrite digital whiteboarding software enables intuitive writing and illustrating canvas while Instashare can take up to 9 shared screens for a true collaborative experience.
Turning back to the business perspective, the Eyesafe Certified 2.0 screen is smooth for the eye while the indoor air quality sensors can catch a smoke before you know it (But do you really need this), as well as smart AMS enabling smart access through NFC or Single Sign-On alongside other things like remote firmware update and the likes that make IT admins less stressful in general.
BenQ’s smart boards also promise lower IT maintenance and TCO figures for schools to own them without budget overspending.
