WhatsApp has announced the WhatsApp Business department is getting better with the next update that carries the new Flows and Meta Verified badge.
Starting off the list is Flows – a series of interactable interfaces and elements that will help your customer find out what your business is about and what sort of products or services are available.
Clients may also seal a deal completely within the app itself with no extra transitions needed, from selecting payment methods to processing the transaction.
On the other hand, the Meta Verified badge for businesses is basically your official “seal of approval” from Meta that offers several exclusive perks like the ability to create a custom WhatsApp page discoverable by search engines, multi-device support for more customer attendance, and more.
Verified organizations will also receive enhanced account support and impersonation protection.
