WhatsApp Business users, particularly those eyeing using the platform soon, will be delighted to hear that ads will soon redirect potential customers toward the messaging platform without needing to create a Facebook account.
As such, any Facebook or Instagram ad can be purchased and published on those SNS without any account to start and instead, an email and a form of payment is all your need.
Although it might make sense to have a Facebook account or Page to connect to a broader market, those who just want to run a WhatsApp-only small business can choose to do so.
On the other hand, the platform will soon allow sending personalized messages such as appointment reminders, birthday greetings, or even updates on a holiday sale in a faster and more efficient way by placing customizable CTA buttons while inserting the respective customer’s name in place.
That way, one can send the same message to hundreds and even thousands of customers without feeling it is a canned ad.
Furthermore, these messages can be scheduled like a normal message too.
