Super Evil Megacorp has released Update 3.2 for Vainglory, the world’s leading mobile esport, today. The latest update sees the roster expand to 39 heroes as the Halcyon Fold welcomes its newest hero, Malene, a ranged spellcaster who shifts between light and shadow to dominate opponents. With a level 1 Ultimate and the unique ability to swap between two skill sets, Vainglory’s latest hero can immobilize and damage enemies in rapid succession.
Petal also sees a rework of her ability, Spontaneous Combustion, an Ultimate skill that commands Petal’s Munions to explode, dealing splash damage to enemies while healing allies. Players can now indicate the direction of her ability, allowing them greater freedom and control.
New Skins
Players can also look forward to new skins on some of their favourite characters in update 3.2, with the upcoming legendary Petal “Tea Party” skin to be released alongside the epic “Samurai” Krul skin and the “Clownwalker” Churnwalker skin.
Gameplay Updates and Patch Notes
Players now obtain a damage boost against structures (such as turrets) when they successfully capture Ghostwing, one of two dragons in Sovereign’s Rise. Several heroes, including Fortress and Alpha, have also had their base stats adjusted.
