“It’s almost to the point where it is unusable,” one user on Google’s product forums said. In the same thread, users have complained of erratic pinch-to-zoom behaviour in apps such as Google Maps, where the level of zooming seems to jump all over the place.
Google has already responded to this issue and stated that the Android team is trying their best to understand the causing factors and investigation is in its full swing. However, there are no news on the issue up to date. It should be noted that not all new Nexus 7 will encounter the problems mentioned above. Hopefully, Google will issue a new software updated to resolve these bugs. If it is a hardware fault, then refund and exchange of the product will be imminent.
