In the beginning of last month, MSI posted a video on YouTube, saying that GTX 780 Lightning will be released on 7th August. Since then, MSI has been posting snippets of photos of the new graphics card on their official Facebook page to get people excited on the new product.
Judging from the official photos of the MSI GTX 780 Lightning, the new graphics card will have a different cooler as GTX 770 Lightning’s TwinFrozr IV. It will be a redesigned cooler with 3 fans and a beefy heatsink. The external case will be made of metal. This new cooler will most probably be the new TwinFrozr V.
How will the Graphics Card’s PCB look like? How about the power phases? Potential Record breaking card? We’ll have to wait until the launch of this card to answer these questions.
