Dual Blade is one new class which is considered to be named under legendary heroes too, together with Aran and Evan. Dual Blade follows the concept of both a night lord and shadower from the adventurers. It also has a maximum capped level of 200. However, Dual Blade is currently not yet released in MapleSEA. Following KMS which created Dual Blade class, till now only GlobalMS and JapanMS released the new class. This has made GlobalMS updates to be quite on par with MapleSEA even though MapleSEA was the first server other than KMS to release KOC and Aran classes.
There are a few things special about Dual Blade. One of it is that Dual Blade does not have four or ten job advancements, it has SIX job advancements! Feeling weird? Me too, however I do not know why when the Nexon developers from South Korea created this class they choose to make it have six job advancements instead of anything else. One more great features about Dual Blade that its skills are the most flashy of all classes. This attracts many people into creating one and feel the coolness of it. And one last thing about Dual Blade is that the base damage of the attacking skills are very high, which means to say that if one character does not have godly equipment and weapon, he or she can still deal quite a high amount of damage to any monsters. This goes to imply that if a character has godly scrolled equipment and weapon, his or her damage will be kind of “beyond godlight” damage.
One of the skills in the fourth job advancement from level 55 is called flying assaulter which deals quite a massive amount of damage twice to a monster. When the skill is maxed at level 20, it can hit up to eight monsters and has a little chance of stunning the monsters for a few seconds. This skill is greatly used by all Dual Bladers even when they are at high levels because the range that is casted from floying assaulter is quite large and when the skill is casted, all the monsters that are hit will also be clustered together and this makes it even easier for a player to hit the monsters after that.
In the sixth job advancement, there is one such skill called chains of hell which attacks a monster a massive 12 times consecutively when in dark sight mode. This is seriously ridiculous as so far the maximum times a monster can be hit is six which is casted by the skill of bandit called savage blow. This is like casting two times of savage blow and the damage in percentage is apparently much higher than that for chains of hell. This means that monsters can be killed more than twice as fast by using it and experience can also increase in the same ratio.
Similarly in the tenth job advancement, there is one more skill named as sudden raid which damages up to 15 monsters at all levels of the skill at a significant high damage and a wide range. This skill is actually similar to magicians meteo, blizzard, genesis and evan’s dark fog. However, it consumed almost one thousand mp in a single casting which is considered quite a lot for Dual Bladers because the class is unlike mages which have a high base mp. Though mp is a problem that restricts players from consecutive casting of sudden raid, there is no cooldown time of the skill, which means those players who are richer can buy more mp potions and repeatedly use the skill. This will make them gain experience even faster than others.

Wow dual blade indeed seems to have flashy skills! Quite eager for it to come to MapleSEA! (:
Agreed. I am also quite tempted by the skills that are created by the Nexon developers. 🙂 I guess it will come to MapleSEA only during the long holidays maybe? Hahas!
