Delta Electronics is highlighting its leadership in power management and smart green technologies at the Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC (ITAP) 2025 exhibition, demonstrating how its advanced automation, digitalization, and energy solutions are shaping the next generation of intelligent and sustainable manufacturing.
At the show, Delta is showcasing its DIATwin Virtual Machine Development Platform, which enables manufacturers to perform virtual prototyping of machines by integrating mechanical, electrical, and control system designs in parallel. This capability helps validate concepts, optimize workflows, and identify interferences before physical deployment, ultimately cutting development time by over 40%.
The booth also includes smart screwdriving systems such as the Delta Smart Screwdriving Analysis (DIASSA) and electric screwdrivers that deliver high-precision torque control and process traceability for modern assembly lines. Its SCARA robots combine speed and flexibility to handle a variety of tasks, including assembly, handling, and inspection.
Beyond automation, Delta is showcasing a complete ecosystem of energy and motion control solutions to support intelligent and net-zero factories. These include motion systems like the AC Servo Drive ASDA-W3, Linear Pocket Actuator LPL, and Electric Cylinder Servo Press AM-ASP-F, as well as supervisory tools like SCADA System VTScada for managing energy efficiency. Complementing these are smart building and energy technologies such as the LOYTEC LROC-800 room controller, liquid-to-liquid coolant distribution units for ICT cooling, and DELTerra C & U energy storage systems paired with DC Wallbox EV chargers to support clean industrial energy use.
Jimmy Wan, Country Manager of Delta Electronics Singapore, said digital transformation forms the cornerstone of the next era of smart manufacturing, emphasizing that Delta’s automation and infrastructure technologies are designed to enhance efficiency, precision, and sustainability while moving industries toward Industry 5.0.
Delta’s participation at ITAP 2025 also focuses on its long-term commitment to sustainability, aligned with its RE100 pledge to source 100% renewable electricity by 2030 and reach net-zero emissions by 2050.
