Samsung Electronics has unveiled its new Odyssey G7 monitors at Gamescom 2025, alongside updates to its glasses-free Odyssey 3D gaming ecosystem.
The Odyssey G7 (G75F) introduces two large-screen options: a 37-inch 4K UHD display and Samsung’s first 40-inch Wide UHD monitor with 5K2K resolution. Both models feature HDR10+ Gaming, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, VESA DisplayHDR 600 certification, Picture-by-Picture and Picture-in-Picture support, and CoreSync lighting.
Connectivity includes DisplayPort 1.4 and dual HDMI 2.1 ports, while ergonomic adjustments such as height, tilt, and swivel are also supported.
Alongside the hardware, Samsung is expanding its 3D content library on the Odyssey 3D Hub. The platform currently supports more than 25 titles, including “The First Berserker: Khazan,” and is expected to grow to more than 50 by year’s end, with additions like “Lies of P: Overture” and “MONGIL: STAR DIVE.” The Odyssey 3D monitor includes adjustable focal distance and customizable depth controls to enhance the glasses-free 3D experience.
