LIAN LI has officially announced the new UNI FAN CL Wireless PC fan as an alternative to its iconic lineup of wirelessly controlled cooling parts.
These fans are designed with wireless control in mind and come with dual-zone lighting, which means you can customize both the side strips and the fan blades separately using the L-Connect 3 software. That’s the same lighting setup used in their HYDROSHIFT II LCD-C 360CL, so if you’ve already got that cooler, this will match perfectly.
Performance-wise, these fans are slightly thicker than usual at 28mm, and that extra size translates to better airflow and static pressure which is ideal if you’re doing either air- or water-cooling, and they spin from 200 up to 2150 RPM, moving as much as 77.34 CFM of air with a solid 2.52 mmH2O static pressure, all while keeping noise levels pretty reasonable at 29.8 dB(A).
Powered by the L-Wireless SYNC 2.4 GHz tech, no central hub is needed in case you don’t know, because all you need is a 4-pin cable that plugs directly into your motherboard, and it also gives your system the ability to detect them as PWM fans directly through the BIOS, and if you need more power, there’s a built-in tail PWM cable too.
Price and Availability
Available in colors of Black or White with options for standard or reverse airflow, it is priced at US$16.99 for 1 or US$54.99 for 3. Preorders are now open for everyone.
