SteelSeries reveals new limited edition WoW peripheral collection in partnership with Blizzard

SteelSeries has announced they are pairing up with Blizzard to create a new set of exclusive WoW-themed PC peripheral products for the game’s 20th-anniversary celebration.

The products selected for this special occasion are the Arctis Nova 7 Wireless Headset, Aerox 9 Wireless Gaming Mouse, QcK XXL Mousepad, a piece of artisan keycap, and a series of Booster Packs for the headband and speaker plates.

To start, the Aerox 9 Wireless is printed with the WoW logo while sporting the black and gold colorway with the gold accent also applied to the side macro keys. The Arctis Nova 7 Wireless can actually be customized further through the Booster Packs that come with Alliance/Horde Edition Speaker Plates to let you swap around as well as the Headband Sets (also usable by Arctis Nova Pro by the way). Exclusive in-game items for them are the Lil’Flameo Pet, Grinning Reaver Mount, and Battle Turtle Mount.

On the other hand, the QcK XXL gets an Azeroth print while the artisan keycap is a stunning Sword of Sargeras-inspired piece hand-crafted to the finest detail. The paired in-game items are the Battle Turtle Mount for both of them.

Other collaborations

The partnership also led to SteelSeries adding its Moments video clipping software directly into the game so that anyone can easily capture, edit, and share these highlights. Other than that, they have also added a new “For WoW” official EQ preset into the SteelSeries Sonar Audio software for the best experience in-game.

With new expansion content of The War Within freshly delivered to players, the hidden ancient civilization rising to power beneath Azeroth’s surface is waiting to be confronted by heroes of Alliance and Horde facing the visions of the Light and darker fates as they embark on the first chapter of The Worldsoul Saga. New LV80 cap, zones, dungeons, raids, and new environments in addition to a new Earthen allied race, hero talents, Delves, and Warbands await fellow WoWers.
