PRISM+ Singapore has officially shown off what they are planning for 2024 but you technically can get them this year but anyway, those are a set of new Google TVs.
One of the series is the Mini-QLED 4K Google TV coming in 2 sizes of 65-inch and 75-inch. The U65 and U75 utilizes a 4K Mini-LED panel that can reach up to 1400 nits of brightness that is 50% more than your standard typical OLED for that exquisite brightness control that is accurate and precise.
It is further amplified through full-array local dimming technology that cuts blooming for the deepest blacks and brightest whites while the Quantum Dot layer when used in tandem with the aforementioned features, can deliver up to 125% color gamut of vibrant colors and details.
They also can do Dolby Vision IQ, Dolby Atmos, HDR10+, HLG, MEMEC, Filmmaker Mode, and more. Gamers on the other hand, will have full access to their consoles thanks to the set of HDMI 2.1 ports and 120Hz refresh rate.
As for the main show, the Q100 Ultra takes the stage as the first QLED TV in Singapore that rocks the astounding 100-inch size.
Packed with 4K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, it can be used for games right out of the box while the QLED tech plus localized dimming enables immersive visuals at all times.
The unit also supports built-in 2.1.2ch Dolby Atmos with peak 120W power output so you can skip the external sound system set if you wished to.
And one more thing, affordability (in relative, of course) is what it is gunning for.
For those who want almost the same thing (cutting off the built-in sound system and full-array local dimming) but at a smaller size, there’s the Q86 Ultra as a side choice.
Lastly, the OLED gang will have a set of refreshed Alpha Series products in the form of a new 77-inch model joining the existing 55-inch and 65-inch lineup.
They’ll host a 120Hz 4K OLED panel as usual, armed with HDMI 2.1 ports for gaming, and the built-in 2.1.2ch Dolby Atmos in addition to Dolby Vision IQ.
Price and Availability
Out of everything in this post, only the Q100 Ultra is available for purchase right now while the others are still within the preorder phase but at least the official RRP is out for everyone to evaluate and consider.
