They are offering a 1-month pre-release window for you to get ready but the campaign will on December 30 regardless.
Anyway, as usual, purchases of selected Ryzen 7000 series CPUs, Radeon RX 7000 series GPUs, and laptops featuring Ryzen mobile processors with Radeon Graphics will qualify for a free copy of the game (Click here for full list).
