SINGAPORE, 6 December 2017 – Canon today announced the launch of the new RAYO S1
mini projector, which Canon will distribute and market in Singapore. Punching
above its weight, the RAYO S1 delivers superior projection imaging quality and
is enhanced with innovative features such as a bluetooth speaker, a portable
power bank and an external hard drive for data storage.

Sophisticated Design with Innovative
Capabilities

Clad in a metallic
black exterior with chic gold trimming, the new RAYO S1 is a timeless tool
measuring 105mm in both length and width, 20mm in depth, and 240g in weight. As
a pocket-sized mini projector, the multifunction device can be ported around
and set up with ease, making it an ideal companion for a variety of purposes
from entertainment to education to business.

Going beyond
projection capabilities, the RAYO S1 can double up as both a bluetooth speaker
and power bank with 3,800mAH capacity for charging. For added convenience,
teleconferencing can also be conducted in isolation of other devices, and users
can also tap on the 4GB memory to preload music, videos and presentation on the
device for maximum efficiency. Designed with a smart touch pad, users can to
navigate through all the functions of the RAYO S1 all with a simple touch.

Quality Output and Longer Running Time

Promising continuous brightness at 100 lumens
and a projection length of up to 120 inches for optimal quality, the RAYO S1 is
built to deliver vivid imaging output both within and outside of the home, as
well as professional business presentation. With the built in stereo speaker,
the RAYO S1 boasts of a crisp sound quality that will enhance the entertainment
experience and boost the calibre of corporate presentations.

With smart energy saving capabilities, the in-built
battery of the RAYO S1 can run for approximately 120 minutes on a single
charge. This allows users to combat extended presentations or watch a
full-length film in one sitting, all without a power source.  Additionally, with an expected lamp life of
up to 20,000 hours, users can expect better longevity and low maintenance
efforts.

Wireless
Connection for a Seamless Experience

Equipped with wireless capabilities, users can
easily connect to their mobile devices to play movies or share content. Topped
with the intelligent OS in the form of Android Kitkat support, users can also
surf the internet and enjoy access to various applications on the RAYO S1. With
Wifi support like Miracast and AirPlay, users will enjoy greater flexibility
and more options to connect and stream videos directly from their smart
devices.

recommended retail price of $599.
