Singapore’s supply chain and omni-channel solutions leader, has entered into a
strategic framework cooperation agreement with Shandong
e-Hualu Information Technology, a leading player in the area of
smart city solutions, specializing in core software development, data mining
and decision support, systems integration and operational services. A
subsidiary of Beijing e-Hualu Information Technology Co. Ltd, Shandong e-Hualu
Information Technology operates under one of the largest state-owned
enterprises in the IT sector in China – China Hualu Group Co. Ltd.

Singapore’s supply chain and omni-channel solutions leader, has entered into a
strategic framework cooperation agreement with Shandong
e-Hualu Information Technology, a leading player in the area of
smart city solutions, specializing in core software development, data mining
and decision support, systems integration and operational services. A
subsidiary of Beijing e-Hualu Information Technology Co. Ltd, Shandong e-Hualu
Information Technology operates under one of the largest state-owned
enterprises in the IT sector in China – China Hualu Group Co. Ltd.
The cooperation agreement was officially signed on 16th May
2017 by Mr. Marc Dragon, CEO of Y3 Technologies and Mr. Wang Haibo, Senior Vice
President, Board Director and General Manager of Shandong e-Hualu Information
Technology. The objective of the agreement will be to leverage Shandong
e-Hualu’s know-how in smart city solutions and local market context and Y3
Technologies’ innovative pedigree and domain expertise in supply-chain
technology and omni-channel solutions to enhance regional connectivity and
enable seamless flow of products on a mega scale with speed, accuracy and
reliability.

Under the agreement, both parties will commence pilot
projects in the Chinese cities of Jinan, Ganzhou, Xuzhou, Dezhou, Penglai, Yiwu
and Linyi. In line with the One Belt, One Road Initiative, the
focus of the projects will be to readily unlock opportunities to elevate the
standard of supply chain and logistics services through technology.
