Samsung Electronics Singapore announced a collaboration with National Gallery Singapore (the Gallery) on the sponsorship of 50 Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0” Wi-Fi® tablets which are now available for use at the Gallery to elevate visitors’ art experience. Worth $498 each, the tablets will be pre-installed with National Gallery Singapore’s Gallery Explorer app, the Gallery’s first-of-its-kind interactive app that offers an in-depth and dynamic indoor navigation experience for visitors.

Visitors may loan the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0” Wi-Fi® for free at National Gallery Singapore’s Visitor Services Centre located at Basement 1. With Samsung’s sponsorship of the tablets, visitors at the Gallery can explore the largest public collection of modern Singapore and Southeast Asian art like never before using the Gallery Explorer app. Enhanced with engaging features, the Gallery Explorer app serves as the visitors’ personal tour guide with audio tours, wayfinding capabilities and more.
