to raise funds for charity and encourage e-recycling of old electronic devices

Newstead Technologies, a major
consumer electronics retailer today announced that it will be running the Gift
Your Tech campaign from December 5, 2016 to January 27, 2017 to benefit its
charity TOUCH Community Services (TOUCH). Newstead Technologies will donate 20%
of the trade-in value of old electronic items brought for recycling and raise a
total of $20,000 for TOUCH.

the eight-week campaign, 12 participating Newstead Technologies stores,
including five outlets at Marina Square @ Avenue 10 Digital Playground, will
act as e-waste collection points. Only devices such as PCs, laptops, tablets
and smartphones will be considered for trade-in for cash vouchers equivalent to
their trade-in value. Consumers can combine as many of these cash vouchers in
one receipt to purchase new items at any Newstead Technologies stores.

Marina Square. To highlight the importance of personal data security, Newstead
will organise an educational live demonstration together with PC Dreams to show
how erased data can be easily retrieved. Consumers will also be able to
trade-in their devices or e-recycle during the event.
