LTA has just sent an email informing all LTA DataMall subscribers that new API services with Tower Transit bus related API will be made available on the DataMall.
In line with the announcement made on the 29th April 2016, Tower Transit will gradually take over some of the bus routes offered in Singapore. For application developers who are currently relying on bus related API from LTA will be able to make use of the new APIs to gather data for useful consumption. Tower Transit will be reflected in the Bus-related API as “TTS” operator code for the services concerned, starting form 29th May 2016.
Application developers should be aware of the changes and make necessary changes to their applications to reflect the new operator code accurately.
