3          EC units in The Visionaire are equipped with a Smart Home System, connected to 10 smart devices. These take a holistic view of smart living, ensuring greater safety, comfort and convenience, improved lifestyle and more. Residents will be able to monitor visitors and control who will gain access to their homes, as a result of the sync-up between their mobile devices with the smart lock system. Returning to a dark and stuffy home will be a thing of the past, as the air-conditioner will be turned on remotely, and smart sensors detect movement at the door to activate the lights.  Their smart home lifestyle will be complemented by HiLife, a lifestyle mobile application designed to provide residents with curated services and content, and allows them to book the EC’s facilities easily.

7          E-applications for The Visionaire begin on 8 April. The showroom at Wellington Circle will be open to the public on the same day from 10:00am to 7:00pm. E-applications will close on 17 April 2016. Bookings for units will commence on 23 April 2016.
