Sennheiser brings signature perfect sound to the inaugural CanJam Singapore 2016

Singapore, 15 February 2016 – Audio specialist Sennheiser is treating audiophiles to an exceptional showcase of its audiophile and lifestyle headphones at the first CanJam Singapore 2016 taking place from 20 – 21 February 2016. Taking the spotlight at the premium headphone audio event is the latest top of line, flagship reference headphone, the HD 800 S, recently launched in January, as well as a rare display of the legendary Sennheiser Orpheus HE 90/HEV 90.
The German handcrafted HD 800 S offers even better high precision connectivity options and is now supplied with two connection leads, a 6.3mm connector and a XLR-4 balanced cable to offer even better quality sound from sources with balanced outputs such as the Sennheiser HDVD 800 headphones amplifier. Its predecessor was popular among music lovers and audiophiles for its transducer technology and innovative earcup design, which is incorporated in the latest HD 800 S with improved mid and bass reproduction.
Showcasing alongside the HD 800 S is the Orpheus. Produced in 1991, the Orpheus is still widely regarded today as the best in the world with electrostatic headphones and an impressive 500 volt tube amplifier to fully unleash its sound. With only 300 units produced globally, this is a one-of-the-lifetime opportunity for audiophiles to come up close with the Orpheus.

CanJam Singapore 2016 will take place at the Pan Pacific Singapore’s Pacific Ballroom. Listening sessions for various high-end Sennheiser products such as the HD 800 S and Orpheus are available at the Sennheiser booth on a first-come-first-serve basis and attendees may register for them at the Sennheiser booth during event hours. The Orpheus experience is limited to an exclusive 10-minute session per visitor.
Show attendees can enjoy exclusive offers at Sennheiser’s booth during the event days.
