Building on Record Growth, Nexmo Expands Sales Team with New Leadership

SINGAPORE, March 11, 2015 – Nexmo, the leading cloud communications company, today announced that Eddie Davis has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. Eddie will be responsible for supporting and continuing the company’s strong growth rate, as Nexmo recently reported a record-breaking 2014 with 100% growth. The company continues to hire leading technology executives to support its tremendous growth.

Before joining Nexmo, Davis led Small & Medium Businesses and Channel Sales at PayPal/eBay and helped triple its revenue. Prior to that, Davis served as the head of the payments sales team at VeriSign, Inc., and helped the company become a leading payments platform. Davis was the Director of Service Sales at Netscape Communications before joining VeriSign.
