Today, NVIDIA announced and released their flagship GTX Titan Graphics Card. According to the benchmarks, GTX Titan will be the fastest single core Graphics Card on the market. Titan is already featured in many custom built computers in the US, such as Origin PC and Falcon Northwest, but it seems that none of these cards have reached Singapore’s shores.
GTX Titan is the world’s most powerful GPU with a whopping 4500 Gigaflops of computational prowess. It is powered by 2688 CUDA Cores (75% more than GTX680) and based on NVIDIA’s own Kepler architecture. Besides that, GTX Titan can be configured in 3-way SLI to smother the performance given by AMD’s flagship 7990 cards in QuadFire. Besides performance, GTX Titan also claims to have much better acoustic effectiveness as compared to predecessors.
