Microsoft Singapore Store has released a SGD$5 Office 2013 Professional for purchase. Although it may be too good to be true, many reported that they have managed to get hold of their Product Keys and activated their product online, which proved this to be a genuine deal from Microsoft. However, we know that it is definitely a mistake at Microsoft’s side as Office 2013 has not even been launched yet.
It appears that the deal is a glitch and Microsoft has already fixed the issue, removing the item from their store. However, probably hundreds of cheap Office 2013 product keys have already been purchased, even though the official download from Microsoft is still not available. Users can still download the leaked RTM Office 2013 software from bit torrent sites and activate their products genuinely with their purchased keys.
Office 2013’s launch date has yet to be announced, even though the final RTM codes are already lying in MSDN. We are expecting Office 2013 to be launched in the February/March period.
