Razer has officially launched its new Razer PC Remote Play app to help mobile gamers get access to PC titles on the go without relying on a premium device like portable handheld PCs.
First previewed during CES 2025, the app received positive attention during its beta phase. Now, with the official release, it offers a much more refined experience. The Razer Cortex interface on PC has also been revamped, and the app now includes broad controller support, making it compatible with any controller that works on iOS or Android, including Razer’s own Kishi. iPad users can also take advantage of keyboard, mouse, and trackpad support for a more desktop-like gameplay experience.
One of the standout features is the app’s integration with Razer Nexus. Users can launch games, customize controls, record and share gameplay clips, and even update their controllers, all from a single dashboard. The app also optimizes video output automatically based on the connected device’s specifications, ensuring smooth gameplay with optimal visual clarity and refresh rate.
For users with the Razer Kishi Ultra on Android, the experience is further enhanced with Razer Sensa HD Haptics, delivering immersive tactile feedback such as recoil and engine rumbles that sync with in-game action.
Setting up the service is simple in just 4 steps
- Install Razer Nexus and Razer PC Remote Play on your mobile device.
- Enable Remote Play within Razer Cortex on your PC.
- Sign in using your Razer ID to automatically pair your devices.
- Connect a controller, and you’re ready to stream your PC game library.
The app supports major gaming platforms, including Steam, Epic Games, and PC Game Pass. It is compatible with iOS 18, Android 14, and newer, as well as Windows 10 and 11.
Razer PC Remote Play is now available on the App Store and Google Play.
