TEAMGROUP Industrial has launched the industry’s first industrial-grade DDR5 6400MHz CU-DIMM/CSO-DIMM memory modules.
These new modules, aligned with market standards, incorporate a Client Clock Driver (CKD) that buffers and drives clock signals to strengthen signal integrity and improve overclocking potential. Utilizing DDR5 Clocked Unbuffered Dual Inline Memory Module technology, TEAMGROUP enables frequency and voltage adjustments based on system demand and operating conditions, delivering impressive data transmission speeds and optimized power efficiency.
Each module is equipped with advanced DRAM ICs from SK Hynix, integrating On-Die Error Correction Code (ECC) for enhanced reliability, availability, and serviceability (RAS), ensuring accurate data handling and stable system performance. With a low operating voltage of 1.1V, these modules cater to the rigorous requirements of industrial control systems, reducing energy consumption while providing high performance for extended operation.
